Job Summary
Administrative assistant provides administrative and secretarial support to a director or manager reporting to a vice-president, including writing, layout, and linguistic revision of information documents; handles internal management tasks such as sales follow-up, dashboards, expense accounts, and inventory; supports the manager’s agenda, calls, emails, and mail; prepares and attends management meetings, records minutes, and ensures follow-up; participates in logistical organization of events, travel, and public relations activities; collaborates in annual budget preparation and monitoring.
Required Qualifications
- College diploma in a related field
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
