Job Summary
Administrative Assistant at a Canadian accounting/tax and business advisory firm. Responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical activities, managing multiple engagements/calendars, preparing and editing documents and presentations (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), taking and distributing meeting minutes, maintaining filing systems (electronic and paper), handling client payments, coordinating internal/external meetings and travel, and contributing to process improvements. Requires post-secondary administration education as an asset, 2 years of administrative experience, and bilingual French/English as an asset; strong organizational and time-management skills are essential. Location is Bathurst, NB, on-site.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in administration is considered an asset
- 2 years of administrative experience in a professional environment
- Bilingual in French and English is an asset
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
