Job Summary
Manage enrollment paperwork from application submission through coding, monitor student exits and transfers, and maintain all student documents while supporting health compliance. Oversee site logistics including vehicle checkouts, safety compliance, and supply ordering, plus manage student computer inventory and technology deposits. Assist with testing assessments, handle walk-in traffic and phone calls, and foster a clean, supportive environment for students, staff, and parents. Maintain confidentiality in all communications and record keeping while utilizing marketing materials to communicate school programs to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Must reside in Colorado
- Must possess a valid driver's License
- High School Diploma
- Two years of office and/or administrative duties
- Must work all scheduled calendar days in Colorado
