Administrative Assistant (6-month Contract)

Job Summary
File move-in/out paperwork, update the lease tracking system, and prepare archiving filings while maintaining both digital and manual filing systems. Handle information requests from sites and the Customer Service Centre, compile documents for courier delivery, and ensure accuracy of all legal documents. Provide reception coverage for lunch breaks, holidays, and as necessary. This six-month contract role requires proficiency with Microsoft Office, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a team environment. Required Qualifications
- Experience working in an office environment
- Post-secondary education
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Exceptional organizational, planning and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and with other Associates in a team environment
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, enthusiasm and assertiveness
- Excellent listening and telephone skills
- Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers
- Ability to handle sensitive information and to maintain the utmost confidentiality at all time
