Job Summary
Administrative Assistant supporting the TN Regional Administrator at WestCare Tennessee. Responsibilities include scheduling, coordinating staff meetings, maintaining calendars, managing mail and office operations, assisting with onboarding, serving as HR liaison for job postings, coordinating licenses and IT equipment, tracking program and grant budgets, preparing weekly expense and vendor payments, handling contracts and purchase orders, compiling program reports, and supporting outreach and community relations. Requires HIPAA awareness, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and a two-year degree in a related field. Work environment includes office and some travel; occasional site inspections and coordination of staff development activities.
Required Qualifications
- Two-year degree in Business, Marketing, Social Work, Community and Human Services, or related field is required.
