Job Summary
Coordinate complex meetings across global time zones, manage executive calendars with accurate agendas, and handle business travel with adaptive itineraries. Process expense reimbursements, invoices, and purchase orders with precision while managing onboarding logistics, workspace setup, and team distribution lists. Plan and execute large-scale events, offsites, and All Hands meetings to shape team culture, partnering with other Executive Assistants to support broader operational goals. Resolve challenges proactively to enhance workflows and team efficiency while maintaining discretion with sensitive information in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in coordination, administrative or operations capacity
- Experience supporting executives at high levels
- Ability to quickly build relationship with the leaders you support and learn what is important to their success
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Slack
- Familiarity with Concur or other expense-reporting software
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize work
- Handle frequent interruptions, changing priorities and remain flexible and calm under pressure
- Positive, proactive and can-do attitude in a fast-paced, constantly evolving global environment
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Handles confidential information with integrity and exercises discretion
- Eagerness to build a network with other administrative professionals at Adobe
- This role will be based out of our San Francisco office
