Job Summary
Manage calendars, schedules, and priorities for the Fleet Support team while coordinating meetings, conferences, and special events. Prepare, edit, and format complex reports, presentations, and correspondence; conduct research to compile data supporting planning and decision-making. Track budgets, expenses, and invoices to ensure accuracy and policy compliance, maintaining discretion with confidential business and personnel information. Serve as the primary contact for internal departments, vendors, and external stakeholders while supporting daily office operations and recommending efficiency improvements. Requires over 11 years of administrative experience and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. One-year duration with Georgia Power.
Required Qualifications
- More than 11 years of progressively responsible administrative support experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong calendar, meeting, event, and document-management capabilities
- Experience with expense tracking, budget administration, and financial reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, organization, judgment, and problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to work effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders
