Job Summary
Investigate customer complaints using internal database systems, manage case documentation, and ensure timely communication to the public via phone, email, and written correspondence. Refer cases requiring additional follow-up to appropriate units, accurately code and close out cases upon resolution, and coordinate the flow of people, paper, and phone calls in and out of the office. Maintain clear, professional, and empathetic communication throughout all interactions while meeting deadlines and working independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and database navigation required.
