Job Summary
Administrative Analysts perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis to support City departments across homelessness, environmental sustainability, transportation, green spaces, public safety, and other services. Responsibilities include researching department priorities, tracking legislation and regulations, developing policy recommendations, preparing materials for publication and hearings, creating budget analyses and reports, and supporting contract and grant processes. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and professional-level analytical experience, with the role involving on-site work with some telecommute flexibility. The work includes analyzing data, building insights, and presenting findings to internal and external partners, using tools like PowerBI or Tableau to produce dashboards and reports.
Required Qualifications
