Administration - Training & Development Coord

Job Summary
Coordinate training dates and times that match desired audience availability; administer the company’s Learning Management System (LMS); match class schedules with facilitator skills and availability; coordinate training space for appropriate class sizes; manage remote learning tools and resources; maintain an up-to-date online training catalog; support the training manager in facilitating some coursework as assigned; provide reporting on training and compliance needs; gather data on program effectiveness; partner with HR and management on pre-requisite completions; schedule and organize onboarding, orientation, and skills training for employees; maintain records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests/assessments, and retraining requirements; support the ongoing administration of internship programs; assist in the employee experience of Metrolina Internship programs in partnership with Recruiting Manager; collaborate with Training and Development Manager on creating and maintaining training materials, assessments, and videos; perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in Human Resources or related field
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, and ability to communicate across all levels in the organization
- Excellent customer-service orientation
- Proven strong capabilities for attention to detail and organization
- Proven ability to manage systems and reporting
- Exception level of integrity with the ability to maintain highest level of confidentiality
- Ability and willingness to travel between business sites as necessary
- Ability and willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
