Job Summary
In-office Administration & Support Senior Associate supporting Account Managers and producers; manages a digital, multi-line phone system, distributes work to departments, processes policy endorsements, cancellations, billing, and identification card issuance; documents and maintains agency management system; reviews insurance company communications, account renewals and endorsements for accuracy; assists customers with billing, claims, and general inquiries; supports management, producers, and staff; engages with clients and carrier underwriters, developing relationships and identifying insurance needs while maintaining confidentiality; requires strong customer service, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills and the ability to work within a team.
Required Qualifications
- Two year college degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred
- Proven customer service skills
- Excellent phone skills, organizational skills, computer and keyboarding skills, knowledge of word processing with Microsoft Windows and Office experience
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Ability to self-direct the completion of job duties
- Previous experience using agency management system preferred but not required
