Job Summary

Branch Administrator will perform administrative services for our Phoenix, AZ location, including office clerical and support services, customer service, setting up workshop jobs, tracking WIP, answering customer requests, and serving as the first point of contact for visitors. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings and travel, handling phone calls, arranging travel, ordering supplies, maintaining building upkeep, providing general clerical support (AP/AR, mail, data entry, processing credit applications), operating the Aurora S34 ERP, opening/closing field service jobs, preparing quotes, and producing reports on in-process work and backlog. Requires high school degree or GED and at least 2+ years of experience in office/inventory management; strong MS Office skills; customer-relations, organizational, and problem-solving abilities; ability to work independently and proactively contribute to a team.
