Job Summary
Administration Support Officer to join BRHS Workforce Capability & Development. Provide professional administrative support to enable educators to focus on delivering learning and development programs; coordinate training activities and study days; manage calendars and bookings; prepare documentation and reports; maintain accurate records/databases; support student placements with universities and RTOs; contribute to promoting education opportunities and maintain the organisation’s training calendar to ensure smooth operations across the team.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- A professional approach with a strong commitment to confidentiality
- Experience in healthcare or education (desirable)
