Job Summary
Frontline administrative role at BRHS, based mainly at Main Reception with occasional ED administrative support. Responsibilities include serving as the welcoming first point of contact, supporting ED and reception operations, maintaining accuracy and professionalism in a fast-paced environment, and applying strong customer service, written and verbal communication, and MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) to support privacy and confidentiality. Candidates should be reliable, energetic, and adaptable to busy ED workflows and to growing with the team. Shifts include 07:30–14:30 and 12:30–20:00 on an ongoing casual/part-time roster with opportunities for professional development.
