Job Summary
Admin & Support Coordinator based in Brisbane, responsible for day-to-day administration to support the IPP Project Delivery team. Provide general admin assistance including travel, procurement, logistics, regulatory reporting, site initiatives and awards; coordinate meetings and actions; maintain the project training register; coordinate site inductions with the site team; contribute to continuous process improvement; complete ad hoc tasks for the Project Manager. Must collaborate with Project Managers, Construction Managers, and site teams; interface with Project Controls, HSE, Workforce Planning, and Engineering Leads; demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills; be proactive, energetic, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
