Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager with stock takes and store administration; monitor stock movement; implement risk management to mitigate losses; ensure compliance of administration, systems and reporting; extract and analyze store turnover and stock performance; maintain filing systems; oversee cash/transaction processes; uphold safety and security procedures; process customer transactions via POS; identify customer needs through engagement; promote loyalty programs; enhance customer experience; adhere to visual merchandising and housekeeping; develop selling skills and product knowledge; work with the team to meet sales targets and store objectives; stay current with fashion trends and deliver excellent customer service.
Required Qualifications
- A Grade 12 qualification
- A minimum of 3 years retail or admin experience
- Remain in sync with the latest fashion trends
- A passion for excellent Customer services and sales environment
- Good administration ability
- Be computer literate
