Job Summary

Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email to staff, contractors, and vendors. Manage mail collection and distribution, maintain inventory for refreshments and coffee, and requisition office supplies. Create and distribute internal correspondence, including posters and memorandums, while generating reports and maintaining accurate spreadsheets. Prioritize workspace efficiency, organization, and support for vacation coverages and events. Work Monday through Thursday in 10-hour shifts with a 4-on-3-off rotation in Fort McMurray. This role offers a 4 or 8-month term starting May 2027, includes safety-sensitive responsibilities, and provides opportunities to develop expertise alongside industry professionals.

Required Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled, or a new graduate, in a degree or diploma program in Business Management, Business/Office Administration, or an equivalent combination
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada with no restrictions
