Administration Specialist (Operational Resiliency), Senior Associate

Job Summary
Lead the preparation and ongoing enhancement of Operational Resiliency reporting for key business services; analyze data and governance materials to identify risks, gaps, and actionable insights, providing recommendations to stakeholders. Own and improve reporting tools, templates, and processes, driving efficiency and data quality. Act as a key point of contact for reporting, tracking, and governance activities across Operational Resiliency and Outsourcing. Manage trackers, inventories, and documentation, ensuring completeness, consistency, and ongoing maintenance. Coordinate and monitor governance actions, including follow-ups, escalation, and status reporting for committees and forums. Support regulatory and outsourcing initiatives, including control execution, template and procedure updates. Prepare high-quality materials for governance forums, including Risk Committees and Board reporting. Drive continuous improvement by identifying reporting gaps and process inefficiencies. Provide project and stakeholder support, including coordination of BU inputs and collaboration with Enterprise Resilience Office (ERO).
Required Qualifications
- 3–4 years of relevant experience
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Copilot skills
- English proficiency at B2/C1+ level
- Strong collaboration skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity; adaptable and detail-oriented
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to identify risks, gaps, and improvements
- Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Clear and professional communication skills
