Job Summary
Administration Services Clerk responsible for stocktaking, mailing, employee onboarding, security clearances, premises access card requests, and elevator access cards; manages supplier invoices, maintains office and coffee/hygiene supplies, and replenishes stations; acts as Health & Safety ambassador, monitors First Aid kits and evacuation procedures, and oversees access to the premises; handles incoming/outgoing mail and packages, prepares meeting rooms, updates data reports, and collaborates with visitors and contractors to ensure high-level service; performs related departmental tasks and supports ticketing and general administrative activities; requires strong Google Workspace and desktop-application skills, excellent written and verbal communication, organizational abilities, and the ability to lift 23 kg; bilingual French/English is advantageous; hybrid options not specified for this Montreal-based role.
