Job Summary
Support the operations and executive team at a healthtech startup in Zurich as an Administration & Sales Intern for a 6-month period with potential to extend. Duties include coordinating meetings with doctors and therapists, performing discovery calls with leads, handling email and phone inquiries from clients, managing transactions related to lab orders, prescriptions and supplements, and assisting with billing and general admin. Requires experience in administration/operations or finance, strong organizational skills, comfort with new software, discretion with sensitive data, and fluency in English and German; medical admin experience is a plus. Hybrid work setup in Zurich with the possibility to stay on after the internship.
