Job Summary
Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and managing correspondence for the Training Products team. Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders while maintaining and organizing electronic records. Support logistics for events, conferences, workshops, and meetings, including venue bookings, travel arrangements, registrations, and catering. Work with Project Coordinators to monitor timelines, deliverables, and milestones, and serve as a point of contact for stakeholder inquiries. Collaborate to identify process improvements and implement efficiency measures. This full-time role involves travel with overnight stays for organizational meetings and industry events, with funding extending to mid-2028.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- High level IT skills in a range of software associated to the role
- Ability to work independently, with a keen eye for detail
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated proactive approach and ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Embraces working in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to obtain a police check
- Must be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check
- Must be available for travel with overnight stays
- Must be available to work outside normal business hours i.e. evenings and weekends
