Job Summary
Administration Officer role providing practical, day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Corporate Services Team. You will help ensure the office, facilities, equipment, and services operate efficiently while supporting meetings, finance processing, and general office administration. You’ll work closely with the Chief Operations Officer, Operations Support Officer and the Corporate Services Manager, as well as staff across the organisation. Key duties include organising repairs/maintenance of the Kalgoorlie office and facilities, coordinating maintenance/service of office equipment and vehicles, liaising with cleaners/security/contractors, assisting with occasional meetings in regional towns (catering, registrations, travel payments, overnight stays), taking meeting minutes, providing reception support, handling mail, data entry, invoices, and accounts payable (MYOB), and contributing ideas to improve office efficiency. About You emphasizes being organised, reliable, friendly, with experience in administrative tasks, good communication, and a collaborative, community-focused mindset.
