Job Summary
Manage reception duties and maintain a welcoming environment while processing appointments, client records, and correspondence in the clinical software system. Support the healthcare team with MBS billings, eligibility reviews on PRODA, and group room bookings. Handle stationery orders and stock requirements in accordance with Oseca systems, providing administrative support to the Site Manager, GPs, and Aboriginal Health Practitioners as directed. This role contributes to Nidjalla Waangan Mia's culturally safe, holistic healthcare delivery in the Peel region.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate III in Business, equivalent or relevant experience
- Excellent time management
- Experience in using client software, preferably in the healthcare sector
- Intermediate skills using the Microsoft Office suite of programs
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail, especially in client records and correspondence
- Basic office management, including stationery and stock control
- Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander identified- as a 50D role
- Current Western Australian Drivers License
- National Police Clearance
- Pre-Employment Health Assessment
- Current Working with Children Check
