Job Summary
Manage sales contracts from order taking through delivery, invoicing, and collection while monitoring customer relationships and ensuring internal controls compliance. Process order flows including creation, delivery, and payment; establish offers and price lists; and follow up on receivables and export logistics. Develop short, medium, and long-term forecasts by analyzing market history, seasonality, and demand dashboards to support budget planning and delivery performance. Generate monthly sales reports, planning indicators, and dashboards for sales and production teams while cooperating with finance. Streamline administrative processes to remove non-value-added tasks and ensure consistency with signed contracts and export laws.
