Job Summary
Administration Manager to lead financial operations for a wood veneer manufacturing company. Oversees financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management; provides strategic financial recommendations to leadership; develops scalable accounting and reporting systems; supervises a small accounting team (Controller and AR/AP personnel); partners with operations to analyze production costs, labor utilization, waste reduction, and process efficiency; supports ERP/accounting system enhancements and reporting automation; responsible for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial processes, internal controls, and regulatory/compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field required
