Administration House Nursing Supervisor

Provide leadership on off shifts in accordance with Dominican Hospital policies and procedures, ensuring staffing levels are maintained based on productivity and unit acuity. Monitor patient flow using Teletracking, coordinate hospital responses to internal and external disasters, and maintain standard communication within the department. Act as an education resource by assisting with mandatory programs and instructing staff on Res-Q staffing and acuity systems. Serve as a resource for Hospital Policies & Procedures while supporting the strategic plan and quality improvement activities. This role reports to the Vice President of Nursing at a Joint Commission-certified Primary Stroke Center serving over 80,000 patients annually.
