Job Summary
Administration-focused Graduate Trainee responsible for maintaining client loan records, processing loan applications and repayments, coordinating with credit officers and branch staff, preparing operational reports, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, managing office administration, and supporting onboarding with KYC documentation; requires strong MS Office skills, attention to detail, and effective communication in a microfinance/financial services context.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative role (preferably within financial services or microfinance)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with loan management software is an added advantage
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
