Job Summary
Administration & Facilities Coordinator to support the Administration & Facilities Manager with office and mailroom tasks, supply management, brand-ambassador duties, centralized administrative support, and vendor relationships. Responsibilities include managing supplies, coordinating events, preparing presentations and spreadsheets, and fostering an inviting office environment. Ideally suited for a candidate with 1-3 years of office-operations experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the role based in the Cincinnati, OH office (onsite, 5 days/week).
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant experience managing office operations, mailroom functions, and supporting administrative tasks such as preparing presentations, managing spreadsheets, and coordinating events
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Availability to work in office in Cincinnati Ohio office 5 days a week
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the day
