Administration et référent QVT/Perfambiance (H/F)

Manage the director's operational and organizational support, including agenda coordination, administrative tasks, and professional travel planning. Create, revise, and track procedures while drafting and translating key documents. Lead the Quality of Work Environment and RSE initiatives by animating the Perfambiance culture, organizing engagement events, and proposing cross-site process improvements. Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate daily operations and ensure alignment with industrial excellence standards.
