Job Summary
Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to support Bass Air’s residential and light commercial operations in Fayetteville, NC. Dispatch technicians efficiently for residential and light commercial calls, manage daily schedules to maximize productivity and response times, enter and update customer and job information, and provide excellent customer service before, during, and after appointments. Requires strong communication skills, multitasking ability, experience with scheduling software, and a professional, team-focused approach to coordinating service and installation work.

- Previous CSR, dispatch, or call-center experience (home services preferred)
