Customer Service Representative for Grogg's Home Services who will be the friendly voice for customers, handle incoming inquiries, schedule service and installations, dispatch technicians, update scheduling records, and ensure a positive, professional experience in a fast-paced home-services environment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computer systems and scheduling software
- Experience in home services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) is a plus but not required
