Job Summary
Administrative Manager coordinates and delivers essential admin and office support to enable efficient daily operations. Responsibilities include answering phones and assisting customers, coordinating scheduling and communications, maintaining records and preparing reports, managing office supplies and vendor relationships, supporting leadership with projects and events, and adapting to changing priorities across a fast-paced environment. Requires strong organizational and communication skills, excellent customer service abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; prior administrative experience and the ability to work independently in a dynamic setting are preferred.
