Job Summary
Administration Clerk for an 18-month fixed-term contract within the Surety Division. Key duties include maintaining and administering existing Surety Bonds; data input/retrieval on a bespoke underwriting system; filing documents into ImageRight; producing letters, reports and invoices; handling incoming/outgoing post; managing the department email inbox; answering customer and broker enquiries by telephone; obtaining documentation to enable bond reductions/expiry and adjusting premiums for contract overruns; and performing general office administration. Requires good command of English and numeracy, accurate keyboard skills, strong written and verbal communication, a confident telephone manner, and strong organisational skills; self-motivated with initiative. Office-based role in Leicester, UK.
