Job Summary
Own the administration lifecycle from acquisition through to settlement, ensuring every vehicle transaction is accurate, efficient, financially sound, and fully compliant. Work closely with Sales Managers, Buyers, and dealership teams to drive dealership efficiency and customer outcomes. Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and strong stakeholder communication. This hands-on role requires previous experience in automotive dealership administration, including knowledge of Queensland vehicle registration and DAIS processes. You will utilize Eclipse or similar dealership management systems to oversee vehicle settlements, stock control, and financial administration. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive dealership administration
- Strong knowledge of Queensland vehicle registration and DAIS processes
- Experience with Eclipse or a similar dealership management system
- Strong understanding of vehicle settlements, stock control and financial administration
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work with Sales, Buyers, Finance, customers and external authorities
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership
