Job Summary
Supports store management in administrative functions including coordinating interviews and onboarding, maintaining Associate personnel files, handling daily cash office duties, scheduling and coverage planning, monitoring expenses and supplies, maintaining store standards, and promoting credit/loyalty programs. Communicates effectively with management and Associates to set priorities, provide progress updates, and deliver excellent customer experiences while upholding labor-law compliance and store procedures. Emphasizes teamwork, integrity, confidentiality, and a positive, safe work environment. The role includes participation in training needs and supporting roles to improve effectiveness and store operations.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months of leadership experience
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Team player with peers and supervisors
- Able to train others
