Job Summary
Administration & Purchasing Assistant role supporting a branch in Paranaque City, involving supplier sourcing and purchase of office needs, inventory/file management, coordinating payments and service maintenance, managing messengerial and DTR entries, HR back-up tasks (recruitment, pre-employment exams, training, personnel files, subcontractor admin), travel coordination, and general administrative duties. Requires multitasking ability, organization, English fluency, Excel proficiency, and a proactive, autonomous attitude; training and growth opportunities provided within Expeditors’ branch operations.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of any business related course
- 1-2 years experience in Administrative, Purchasing and General HR role
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Pivot
- Fluent in English
- Pro-active, strong organizational skills
- Willing to have a cross-training for all facet of Administration tasks.
