Job Summary

Administration Assistant providing maternity cover within Product Development; supports Product Development and Sales teams with administrative and coordination tasks including creating design boards and presentations for new and bespoke product opportunities, preparing product information and maintaining project records, ordering and tracking development samples, coordinating photography and salesperson sample requirements, maintaining project trackers and documentation, liaising with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely communication, assisting with critical paths and milestones, and organizing workload to meet multiple deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook/Office, Adobe Illustrator for design boards, and familiarity with Vision/Priority or similar ERP systems are advantageous.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous administrative experience, ideally within a product development, design, manufacturing, or retail environment
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience using Adobe Illustrator for basic design board creation and amendments
  • Experience using Vision, Priority, or similar product management/ERP systems would be advantageous
