Job Summary
Administration Assistant supporting a Sydney-based team with a focus on organisation, process and client/service delivery. Responsibilities include managing calls and emails via shared mailbox and ticketing system, assisting clients with queries and software training, entering/managing client orders and data across internal platforms, producing client reports and distributing client satisfaction surveys, supporting the NSW State Manager with day-to-day administration and compliance with legislative/audit standards, reviewing supplier invoices/costings for accuracy and trends, organizing office events, and implementing cost-saving and efficiency improvements. Required 2+ years in administration, high school completion, advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, PowerBI), strong time management and communication, proactive follow-up, and a customer-focused, service-oriented attitude.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
- Completed HSC (or equivalent) as a minimum education requirement
- Intermediate to advanced skills across Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook and basic PowerBI
- Strong time management, communication and organisational skills
- A proactive approach to following up, monitoring information and planning your workload
- A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine commitment to delivering excellent service
