Job Summary
Administration Assistant in Genea Hollywood's Patient Support Services team coordinating Doctors’ clinics, first point of contact for patients and external stakeholders, front reception, booking appointments, preparing and managing patient files, typing doctors' dictated letters, handling external calls and enquiries, requires strong administrative background, confidentiality, and ability to work across the organization; offers a supportive team environment in Wembley, WA, Australia.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in an office environment in an administrative capacity
- Experience with Medical programs an advantage (however not essential)
- Excellent communication skills and able to conduct yourself in an ethical manner, ensuring confidentiality
- Microsoft Office skills
- Completed Secondary level education
