Job Summary
Provide efficient administrative support to the Residential facility at Jean Ross House, including word processing, filing, emailing, mail distribution, records management for resident files, coordinating meetings/events, processing work and supply orders, assisting with basic financial processes, and ensuring compliance with WHS guidelines. Key skills include attention to detail, strong organisational and time-management abilities, effective verbal and written communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, customer service orientation, ability to work independently and as part of a team, adaptability, and empathy when dealing with older residents. Qualifications include Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent (desirable) and 1-2 years’ administrative or customer service experience; experience working with older people or in aged care is desirable.
