Job Summary

Administration and Interface Manager leads government coordination and interface integration efforts across agencies and vendors; drives interface documentation, project alignment, and cross-functional collaboration, oversees integration projects, ensures compliance with technical requirements, and provides leadership in coordinating with AFC/ITS systems, SDS specifications, and stakeholder workshops.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in administration, system integration, or interface management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of AFC, ITS, and integration systems
  • Familiarity with SDS, technical specifications, and variations
  • Experience in coordinating with government agencies, vendors, and internal teams
  • Proven ability to lead interface projects and manage cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Contract administration knowledge and ability to draft and manage interface documents
