Job Summary
Provide Level 1, 2, and 3 technical support via phone to users in office and factory settings, covering both hardware and software issues. Administer physical, virtual, and cloud servers locally and remotely while installing, modifying, and maintaining systems, routers, firewalls, and printers. Deploy servers and applications, travel to sites to resolve specific or periodic problems, and create work procedures and IT asset documentation. Manage the IT infrastructure by identifying, recommending, and executing improvement projects.
Required Qualifications
- DEC ou BAC en gestion de réseaux informatiques, ou autre domaine d'étude pertinent
- Permis de conduire classe 5 valide
- Bonne connaissance des systèmes d'exploitation Windows 10 et serveur
- Connaissance en gestion de réseau (LAN / WAN / Wi-Fi)
