Job Summary
Manage and optimize the IT infrastructure, overseeing installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations and software for 90% Linux and 10% Microsoft environments. Identify and resolve technical incidents with high reactivity while automating tasks and monitoring system performance. Establish and improve IT asset management procedures, then train internal teams on cybersecurity best practices. Utilize tools like JIRA, GLPI, and Ansible to document processes and track new technology trends for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Master en informatique, IT ou certification en administration système
- Minimum 2/3 ans en administration système et support IT
- Expérience sur les systèmes Linux (administration, configuration)
- Connaissance en automatisation : Ansible, Bash, Python
- Maîtrise des concepts réseau : LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPN, Wifi
- Gestion de systèmes 10% Microsoft et 90% Linux
- Outils de gestion des tickets (JIRA, GLPI) et applications collaboratives (Nextcloud, Slack, Confluence, Keycloak)
- Excellentes capacités de rédaction pour formaliser les process et documentations
- Vous aimez résoudre des problèmes complexes et apporter des solutions innovantes
- Vous êtes rigoureux(se) et avez un excellent sens du service
- Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et la collaboration interservices
- Vous êtes autonome, proactif(ve) et force de proposition
- Vous avez un bon esprit critique et cherchez toujours à améliorer les systèmes existants
