Job Summary
Provide operational support for internal systems and client infrastructures remotely and on-site. Monitor and manage IT assets including workstations, servers, and network equipment. Deploy, configure, and maintain network and wireless infrastructures, as well as switches and firewalls. Contribute to server environment management, optimization, and evolution. Collaborate on IT projects regarding security, compliance, and cloud solutions. Operate within a 10-person IT team. Requires 5+ years of experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Hyper-V, and VMware in a multi-client MSP environment. Valid driver's license and vehicle required. Bilingual in French and English.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ années d'expérience en tant qu'Administrateur Système
- Expertise avec Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Hyper-V et VMware
- Permis de conduire valide et voiture
- Certification en informatique, tels que Microsoft, A+, Network+ ou autres
- DEC en informatique ou l'équivalent
- Bilinguisme requis (Français et Anglais)
Desired Qualifications
- Expérience professionnelle en mode multi-clients dans un MSP (fort atout)
