Job Summary

Provide overall administration and technical direction to coordinate and maintain all IT requirements and security for Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, networks, and systems. Deliver first, second, and third-level support for offices, plants, distribution centers, vendors, and remote locations across legacy and modern IT environments. Collaborate with functional areas to implement operational requirements for new and existing systems while liaising with vendors to ensure IT standards are met. Design, install, and maintain production control and monitoring equipment in a 24x7 environment, overseeing server and switch performance across LAN/WAN sites. Manage user accounts, access control, and hardware/software upgrades, proactively improving configurations and automating tasks. Document procedures clearly and support other key initiatives as the business dictates.

Required Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in this function
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience
Functional proficiency in English and French (spoken and written)
Permanent work permit and legal authorization to work in Canada
Exceptional knowledge of the modern workplace, Microsoft 365, computer operating systems, and server application platforms
Direct experience with the installation of computer hardware and software
Ability to solve problems
Ability to work effectively in coordination with other team members
Client-oriented mindset in service delivery
Logical thinking and decisive action in critical situations
Confidence in communication
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Certifications Microsoft (preferred but implied as standard credential for role)
