Manage the inventory and warehouse operations for all client technological assets, ensuring laptops, desktops, monitors, and peripherals are correctly stored, tracked, and distributed. Register all asset entries and movements, organize the warehouse for physical control, and conduct regular audits and reconciliations. Prepare and document shipments to other sites, while configuring new devices with standard software and validating their physical and functional status before assignment. Assemble complete user kits including chargers and accessories, and coordinate replacements, warranties, and internal hardware transfers. Perform basic hardware and software diagnostics for Windows and macOS, resolve minor device failures, and escalate incidents to Level 1 or 2 teams. Document all incidents and requirements in ticketing tools like ServiceNow, and maintain active communication with site support and administrators.
