Job Summary
Administrative Supervisor overseeing daily administrative operations in a fintech environment. Responsibilities include supervising the administrative team, managing office operations (facilities, supplies, maintenance), developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures, coordinating with Finance/HR/IT/Operations, managing vendor relationships and service agreements, monitoring office budgets and preparing reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, supporting events and internal communications, and handling confidential information with integrity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- At least 3–5 years of experience in administration
- 1–2 years in a supervisory role
- Experience in fintech, banking, or financial services is an advantage
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
