Job Summary
Admin Purchase Support at AUTO1 Group in Gent, Belgium: Serves as the first point of contact in the Vestiging, handling a predominantly administrative and customer-facing role (90%) with a secondary function as auto-purchaser (10%). Responsibilities include welcoming clients professionally, guiding the complete vehicle purchase process (inspection, test drive, price proposal), and managing the vestiging's administration (contracts, emails, follow-ups, transport and document handling). Must be flexible to support other locations as needed and be proficient in Dutch with good English; possession of a B-driving license (manual) is required. The role operates on a fixed schedule (9:00–17:00, includes Saturdays) and offers a permanent contract, a competitive benefits package, and a junior starting gross monthly salary of €2,245 plus bonuses and perks.
