Job Summary
Admin & Payroll Specialist (Dutch Speaker) handles employee lifecycle tasks (onboarding to offboarding), manages contracts and documentation for employment changes, and responds to HR queries. Collaborates with internal stakeholders to resolve cases, identifies process improvements, and works with HR systems such as Workday, SAP, and ServiceNow. Requires Dutch and English fluency, strong Excel skills, and experience with Belgian payroll/HR administration; ideal for an international environment with hybrid or remote work in Poland (Piła or Warszawa).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience
- Fluent in Dutch and English
