Job Summary
Admin Operations Iberia is responsible for the administrative management of technical service operations across Iberia, ensuring efficient coordination of daily activities related to repairs, training, and deployments while capturing and analysing data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. The role promotes service products to customers, builds strong relationships, and develops a deep understanding of customer needs, while managing service contracts through their generation, adaptation, and review. It ensures effective collaboration with internal and external teams, oversees spare parts management and inventory control, supports work order processes and dispute handling through systems such as ServiceMax or LOTS, and coordinates with warehouse, logistics, and field teams for BD-owned instruments and spare parts. Required skills include LOTS proficiency (2+ years), ServiceMax experience (preferred), fluent English, strong organizational and client-facing capabilities, and experience coordinating across cross-functional teams. The position is based in ESP San Agustin del Guadalix, Spain, and offers full-time employment with a salary range of €25,600–€39,025 per year (converted to USD as part of annualized compensation). The role emphasizes operational service management, KPI/SLAs tracking, data analysis, and collaboration with sales and technical teams to support long-term customer relationships.
